AI SEO is een dienst van 2Days Marketing (hierna: "wij", "ons" of "AI SEO"). Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij
Wanneer je het AI SEO Audit-formulier op onze website invult, verzamelen wij de volgende gegevens:
- Naam (verplicht)
- E-mailadres (verplicht)
- Bedrijfsnaam (optioneel)
- Website-URL (optioneel)
- Telefoonnummer (optioneel)
- Interesse in een specifiek abonnement (optioneel)
- Eventueel bericht of toelichting die je zelf toevoegt (optioneel)
Daarnaast verzamelen wij via Google Tag Manager mogelijk technische en analytische gegevens over je bezoek aan onze website, zoals paginaweergaven en klikgedrag. Zie hoofdstuk 7 voor meer informatie over cookies en vergelijkbare technieken.
3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij deze gegevens
Wij gebruiken de gegevens die je via het formulier invult uitsluitend om:
- Contact met je op te nemen naar aanleiding van je aanvraag voor een AI SEO Audit;
- Een passend voorstel of offerte voor te bereiden, eventueel afgestemd op het door jou aangegeven abonnement;
- Je te informeren over de voortgang van je aanvraag.
Wij gebruiken deze gegevens niet voor geautomatiseerde besluitvorming en verkopen je gegevens nooit aan derden.
4. Grondslag voor de verwerking
Wij verwerken je gegevens op basis van de volgende grondslagen uit de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG):
- Toestemming: door het formulier vrijwillig in te vullen en te versturen, geef je ons toestemming om contact met je op te nemen;
- Gerechtvaardigd belang: voor het opvolgen van je aanvraag en het onderhouden van de klantrelatie.
5. Hoe lang bewaren wij gegevens
Wij bewaren de gegevens uit het contactformulier niet langer dan noodzakelijk is voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld. Wordt er geen klantrelatie aangegaan, dan bewaren wij je gegevens maximaal 12 maanden na het laatste contactmoment. Wordt je klant, dan bewaren wij gegevens zolang de overeenkomst loopt en aansluitend zo lang als wettelijk verplicht is (bijvoorbeeld voor de fiscale bewaarplicht).
6. Met wie delen wij gegevens
Wij delen jouw gegevens alleen met derden voor zover dat noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening, of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting:
- Google Workspace / Google Apps Script: het contactformulier op onze website stuurt je inzending via een script dat draait binnen ons Google Workspace-account, om deze als e-mail bij ons te laten binnenkomen. Google treedt hierbij op als verwerker.
- Google Tag Manager: wij gebruiken Google Tag Manager om (analytische) tags op onze website te beheren. Zie hoofdstuk 7 voor meer details.
Wij sluiten met deze partijen, voor zover vereist, verwerkersovereenkomsten af.
7. Cookies en vergelijkbare technieken
Onze website maakt gebruik van Google Tag Manager (GTM), waarmee een cookie consent-tool wordt beheerd. Bij je eerste bezoek verschijnt een cookiemelding waarin je kunt kiezen welke categorieën cookies je toestaat. Wij plaatsen geen analytische of marketingcookies voordat je hier toestemming voor hebt gegeven. Je keuze wordt onthouden en je kunt deze op elk moment aanpassen via de cookie-instellingen, doorgaans te vinden onderaan de website.

8. Beveiliging
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om jouw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies of onrechtmatige verwerking, waaronder het gebruik van beveiligde verbindingen (https) en toegangsbeperking tot systemen waarin persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt.
9. Jouw rechten
Op grond van de AVG heb je de volgende rechten met betrekking tot je persoonsgegevens:
- Recht op inzage;
- Recht op rectificatie of aanvulling;
- Recht op verwijdering ("recht om vergeten te worden");
- Recht op beperking van de verwerking;
- Recht op bezwaar;
- Recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid;
- Recht om eerder gegeven toestemming in te trekken.

10. Klachten
Heb je een klacht over de manier waarop wij met je persoonsgegevens omgaan? Neem dan eerst contact met ons op. Kom je er met ons niet uit, dan heb je het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
11. Wijzigingen in dit privacybeleid
Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd aanpassen, bijvoorbeeld naar aanleiding van wetswijzigingen of aanpassingen in onze dienstverlening. De meest actuele versie is altijd op deze pagina te vinden.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the AI SEO Audit form on our website, we collect the following data:

- Email address (required)
- Company name (optional)
- Website URL (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Interest in a specific plan (optional)
- Any message or additional context you provide (optional)
In addition, through Google Tag Manager we may collect technical and analytical data about your visit to our website, such as page views and click behavior. See section 7 for more information on cookies and similar technologies.
3. Why we use this data
We use the data you submit through the form exclusively to:
- Contact you regarding your AI SEO Audit request;
- Prepare a relevant proposal or quote, tailored to the plan you indicated, if any;
- Keep you informed about the progress of your request.
We do not use this data for automated decision-making and we never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Consent: by voluntarily filling in and submitting the form, you give us consent to contact you;
- Legitimate interest: for following up on your request and maintaining the customer relationship.
5. How long we retain data
We do not retain data from the contact form longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If no customer relationship is established, we retain your data for a maximum of 12 months after the last point of contact. If you become a customer, we retain data for the duration of the agreement, and afterwards for as long as required by law (for example, tax record-keeping obligations).
6. Who we share data with
We only share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver our services or to comply with a legal obligation:
- Google Workspace / Google Apps Script: the contact form on our website submits your entry through a script running within our Google Workspace account, so it reaches us by email. Google acts as a processor in this respect.
- Google Tag Manager: we use Google Tag Manager to manage (analytics) tags on our website. See section 7 for more details.
Where required, we have data processing agreements in place with these parties.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), which manages a cookie consent tool. On your first visit, a cookie notice appears where you can choose which categories of cookies you allow. We do not place analytics or marketing cookies before you have given consent. Your choice is remembered and you can change it at any time via the cookie settings, usually found at the bottom of the website.
